1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
When buying, ask questions of your real estate agent. Are they educated, experienced, a full time professional, etc. Anyone can past a test and have a real estate license. Choose one that has more that a business card behind them.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Use a professional! If your agent is using a camera phone or a dime-store camera, find someone else. Your agent not only needs to be a professional, but use a professional for still photos, aerial photos, and Matterport 3D Tours. It doesn't matter if you found the cheapest agent if your home doesn't sell.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors of all price ranges. Whether a first timer or a client that has bought and sold a hundred properties, I've worked with and can relate to them all.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Because of my volume lever, I have access to homes not even listed yet. I located a property not on the market yet for a corporate relocation client. They bought it before it ever saw the market and were amazed that they could do so. No fighting with others buyers for the home, we negotiated a fair price and they are the new homeowners.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After the loss of my son due to cancer, I needed a career that still allowed me to serve people, without the corporate world on top of me. Nearly 10 years later, I love what I do and treasure the relationships its helped me form with clients, vendors, and others.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Bachelor of Applied Science - Criminal Law. Negotiation training. CARTUS Certified Multi-Categories. Prior service Veteran. Military Certified. Relocation Certified. Probate and Trust sale trained. Dave Ramsey ELP. Additional training as well.
