ZillowVERIFIEDDotty Lou was fantastic in our home-buying process! We came to Gulf Shores for a week to vacation/check it out and she made time within our short window to meet with us and show us multiple properties and give us a feel for the different areas of town. She listened to what we were looking for in a property and delivered! The home we ended up purchasing was under contract while we were looking for homes but she heard that the buyers' financing fell through and they had 72 hours to figure out their financing. We were living in AZ at the time. She went to the house, did a FaceTime tour with my husband and made sure we got our best offer in. It was accepted! The other buyers financing didn't work out so we got the house. I'd like to say it was smooth sailing from there. But we had issues with the selling of our house in AZ. On the day of closing our house in AZ, the buyer's financing fell through. We were already on our way to Gulf Shores. She worked out a contract with the sellers here to let us rent the home until we were able to sell our AZ house and purchase our Gulf Shores home. Dotty Lou really went above and beyond! After our trip across the country moving here, we entered the house and found waters and sodas waiting for us in the fridge! She stopped by the next day to check on us. She was amazing! We are so thankful we found such a proactive realtor who found us an amazing home! During the whole process, her assistant Sam also was amazing about getting info and documents to us quickly. She was a wealth of information and so helpful!
