We honestly can't say enough about Dorothy, She is very professional and highly knowledgeable of her craft. She is honest and a straight shooter, which is a rare commodity today. Dorothy went above and beyond any real estate agent we've ever worked with, no one has come remotely close to Dorothy's skill, honesty, responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond. We can't stress this enough, we would recommend Dorothy to our best friend's family or anybody that needed a realtor, and we don't say that lightly. Dorothy was amazing! She was representing the sellers of the first home that we viewed and then arranged for us to visit all of the other houses we wanted to see. She remained professional throughout, always discussing what was good about each home. Ultimately, we chose the first house and she deftly represented the seller's interests as well as ours. My husband and I lived out of the state when we viewed the home and she helped us negotiate and agree to terms quickly while we still were in town. She answered every text promptly and kept us well-informed throughout the process. She helped us make our dream come true!

Ms. Stolba is on another level in this business. I am absolutely the worst customer. I literally feel like all I did was show up to closing. Her diligence was overwhelming me because I was a few steps behind her. She, and I am using this term lightly, (assisted) me with everything I should have done and or thought of. She had contacts lined up to help me. I know Ms. Stolba was doing so much for me. She remained in contact with me, the loan officer, closing agent, and seller. I could not tell if she just have my best interest in mind and I felt very well taken care of or that she is just so super good at this. Either way, I can say this was a most positive experience. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone. She will surpass your expectations and some expectations you didn't realize you had.
