She has GREAT familiarity not just with the area, but with the market: she knew what would and wouldn't work well and how to navigate things during the process.If I could provide some feedback, it's that I wish she would have shared information proactively at times with what comes next and what implications were behind steps/decisions as we sometimes had to ping her to ask about these things, timing, who was responsible, etc. She was totally ontop of everything on our behalf, we just weren't in the know.
