Dorota Kundera is an exceptional real estate broker who covered every detail of the selling process to maximize the the selling price of our house within a 2 week period. This included a listing selling price which attracted over 30 potential buyers to our open house plus another 10-15 buyers on other dates. She strongly suggested removing the armoires from our daughters' bedrooms to make the rooms look bigger. She staged the house by adding her own decorations and moving furniture to better show the house. She hired a professional photographer to take pictures of the house and created a brochure. And we had 2 strong buyers in which she felt the the second highest offer was a stronger buyer and that's who we closed the deal with at $55,000 over the list price.
