My wife and I are not strangers to this team of real estate professionals. We have sold two homes and most recently purchased our third home here in Fountain Hills and all were done quickly, confidently and professionally through Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate. Dori so impressed us with the purchase of our first condo that we realized we had been lucky to have discovered the best real estate professional in Fountain Hills, Maricopa County and the State of Arizona. Dori's award wining professionalism and leadership skills are widely known throughout the State of Arizona and far too many to attempt to list here. Her knowledge, experience and history of having lived and worked here for so long has provided her a tremendous professional advantage over other real estate agencies. I give my highest recommendation to Dori and Sonoran Lifestyle. After meeting with several realtors we selected Dori to help us with our search for a winter place in the Phoenix area. We met Dori through an inquiry on a listing on Zillow. She was very quick in responding and, even though the home in which we were interested was no longer available, she was efficient in understand our needs and suggesting other properties. At the beginning of our search we were undecided between North Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. Dori did a great job of showing us properties in both locations and in pointing out the pros and cons of each. We eventually found a home in N. Scottsdale in which we were interested. Dori did an excellent job of helping us understand comps and in making a good offer. We actually found two properties that we liked and Dori suggested that we make conditional offers on both. We took this approach and, I believe, significantly increased our negotiation leverage. The high level of service continued all the way through closing. She helped us think through the implications of being seasonal residents and introduced us to several service providers. I highly recommend Dori and her team

Dori Wittrig was one of two realtors I contacted through Zillow. Unlike the other realtor, she contacted me immediately and quickly made herself available to show us homes in Fountain Hills. Dori impressed me with her knowledge of the market and the length of time she's been involved in the community. I immediately felt that I could trust her to help us with a rather complicated situation. In any home purchase there are a ton of details and our process doubled or tripled that number because we were looking to buy homes for both ourselves and my mother. We were considering everything from a single large single-family home, to individual condos, small single-family homes and multi-unit dwellings. She helped us sort out our options, look at a myriad of possible properties and come to the right solution for our family - and that was just the beginning. Then her team kicked into gear helping us purchase two separate properties at the same time and move through all that entails - negotiations, inspections, more negotiations, repairs, closing questions and on and on. I was surprised and pleased that her team took care of the post inspection estimates. They saved us from the headache of finding vendors, getting quotes, compiling the information and then negotiating with the former owners on how to remediate the issues. What a relief! I choose this agency because of prior sale and purchase experience. Lead agent was Dori Wittrig with support from Johnny Weil and Michelle Monk. We bought a home because Dori's expert knowledge of Fountain Hills. Our condo sale was a full price offer and the highest price per square foot for our condo development. Am I impressed with these folks...YES. This is a friendly team which works flawlessly together. Michelle is the back room person and coordinates service providers including lender, inspectors, electrician, plumber, etc. Note to Dori.....this team member is always smiling and excellent at her job. She is a keeper. Johnny went out of his way to back Dori when she needed assistance. I would be glad to have him as my primary agent. Dori Wittrig is impressive as a seller and buyers agent who juggles all the balls and keeps them flawlessly in the air. She knows the market, listens well, provides professional guidance, writes well, and has excellent rapport with the trades and other agents. Why use a real estate company to buy or sell a house? The answer is knowledge and expertise. Its a company responsive to your needs and a company which probably can negotiate better than you.
