As an agent with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, Dora's experience spans both the rental and sales markets. Working in the suburbs as well as in "The City" there is no boundary to her sales scope. She is very knowledgeable with the various intricacies associated with the transaction process and with her experience, professionalism and enthusiasm, Dora makes the buying/selling process as stress-free as possible for her clients. She has also gained incredible experience utilizing various marketing strategies while running ad campaigns for the properties she has represented. Dora is a graduate of California State University, Bakersfield, where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Studio Art with a minor in Psychology. Upon graduating, she spearheaded a real estate appraisal firm in which she managed and for 11 years. Aside from dabbling in the arts in her free time, she also enjoys attending an occasional Pens or Riverhounds game, taking trips to the Strip district to shop for fresh produce. Frequenting local museums with her boys (ages 11 and 6) is also something she carves time out for. However, most days she can be found in a coffee shop around town, head glued to her laptop combing the multi-list for new properties on the market. In the summer she enjoys traveling to the Azores to visit her distant family and in the winter she enjoys traveling to California to visit her parents and getting some sunshine!
