When we made the most important purchase of our lives we trusted Donovan to help us navigate this difficult and red hot housing market. It turned out to be the best decision we could have ever made.During our 6 month search, Donovan was always working for us. At a moment's notice, he was willing to show us homes and answer any questions we had. Together, we searched within four separate market areas which were both desirable and affordable to us. He also kept telling us we could afford this home for sale in our dream neighborhood, which he certainly didn't believe....at first. Although the home was out of our price range, as time went on, he assured us that we have a legitimate chance at it.
