After meeting Donny, I was very impressed with his marketing and technology skills. He thought differently from the "old school" real estate agents and opened my mind about broadening the target buyer group to a larger geographical area. He recommended that I invest in installing new carpeting vs spending money on staging furniture as Donny was able to stage furniture "virtually". Donny is very professional in his approach.
