1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Look at the whole picture, the home, structure, surroundings, how far you drive to work. I would walk you through the process and consult with you on inspection of the home. but I encourage you to have an inspection before you buy.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Pre inspection. List with me seller get a free inspection that take most of the work for you when you fill out the discloser. Clean property and building sell.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All Types, I can work with almost anyone.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My client lived in California, she wanted a location for her friend to spend last days in Oklahoma. with a tight budget and two weeks later and a few hundred miles on my pickup, my client texted me at 9pm at night interested in a location. That night I made an appt to go view the location at 9am next morning and before I got in the driveway, I knew this was the home for them.
The owner showed up and he and I are Veteran's and we talked for 45 min or longer. He and I made a handshake and deal was made. I also want to add that that listing had over 10 offers above my offer. Its good to know that a mans word these days means something. I respect that. as Iam straight forward and I dont sugar coat anything.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
As a home inspector, I was wondering what's it like to be Realtor and I love it!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Graduate of the Oklahoma Real Estate Academy, Residential and Commercial building inspector, Army Veteran. Duel Real Estate license in Oklahoma, almost unheard of in this industry.
