We could not use our preferred lender, Chase. Told us 24 hours before the sale of our home in another state that we were not going to close on our home in Mississippi for another two weeks. We used the team of Donnie and Margie to list/sell our home and then to buy our new home. They are both quite knowledgeable about the current market in our local area of DeSoto County, Mississippi. When we listed our house they were spot on as to what the price should be to have a quick sale. And while searching for a new home they both were willing to show homes at any time that was convenient for us, the client. They also kept in mind all of the needs we had for the new house and tried to include everything that was requested. Both of them were easy to reach and talk with at any time we needed. We had a 3 week window from when we closed on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house and they were willing to negotiate with both the buyer and seller for us to stay longer in our old house and then move in earlier to the new house. Even after closing on the purchase of our new home they checked in on us to make sure we were happy and if everything was ok with the house. We moved to the area and worked with Donnie and Margie about a year ago while building our new home. I only wish that we had found them sooner to have been our selling agents as well. Even though they weren't, they still gave us information that helped get our house in Memphis sold in just under three months. Donnie is the most knowledgeable agent you will find in Desoto County. No one knows the area or has the contacts like he does. In the rare occasion he doesn't have the information you need, he will quickly do the what's needed to find it. Communication was always fast and he was always ready to go to work for us. We believe he steered us in all the right directions.
