Donnell Williams

Donnell Williams is the Broker and Owner of NextHome Realtors. He has extensive experience in the field of Real Estate that extend prior to him completed his college degree. However, after he finished his academic studies, he accepted a position as an executive assistant with Asset Realty LLC., (Independent Real Estate Brokerage). While employed with Asset Realty, Donnell was able to continue his experience by assuming the role as Asset Manager. As Asset Manager he was responsible for liquidating bank owned residential properties. After working 4 years with Asset Realty, Donnell was given the opportunity to join the team at Wisdom Realty, LLC as a Salesperson. The role of Salesperson further allowed him to hone in on his skills. He was responsible for selling, buying or listing any real estate for sale; leasing or renting any property or participating in the negotiations to sell, lease, rent or build on any property. A native of Fort Washington, Maryland, Donnell received his Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA) with a concentration in Accounting from Fitchburg State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. When not working Donnell enjoys time with his Wife, Li Lee-Williams and daughters Logan and Dakota.
