4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
It is hard to pick one favorite transaction. People buy and sell for all different reasons, and I truly enjoy making the process as easy as I can for them.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My husband is a General Contractor, in our early years together, we built and sold many homes in order to financially be able to build the house that we really wanted. I eventually realized that this was something I wanted to help others achieve.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have an extensive working knowledge of permitting and construction. With this knowledge, I am able to head-off many problems that arise.
