While I would have appreciated his help in any circumstances, I'm especially grateful that he was able to help me find a house I liked (in my price range) in a sellers' market on relatively short notice. Specifically:House selection/offers:House availability fluctuated throughout the search due to low inventory in my desired area. Throughout that time, Gus was both proactive and flexible, finding homes that met my interests while also quickly reaching out to realtors so that we could visit other houses I liked. Gus consistently worked to get us timely showings, even in popular homes that attracted dozens of prospective buyers. As a first-time home buyer, I especially appreciated his candid assessment of properties: their value, their more concerning features, and work needed to transform the house I would buy into the house I ultimately wanted to own.
