We had met Donna a few years ago when we were seeking waterfront property, but this was the first time we worked with her. From the items I picked 5 stars on you can see Donna has all her bases covered. So check off all of the superlatives. What most impressed me about the sale of our house is what happened after the close. The wife in the home buyers couple was still in town so she asked if she could come by, (we are leasing back for a few months). We, of course invited her over. But what she said, (one of the buyers) tells it all and I quote, aEURoeYou know that I was very impressed with Donna, she really worked hard for you, she showed us what was great about the house and how that this could be our home, she knew it would be a perfect fit for us and it is, we love the house.aEUR? Donna was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and available as we worked with her to sell my parents' house. She clearly articulated the steps to follow; was always available to be at the house to let in contractors, take deliveries, etc.; was able to recommend people to do the work that needed to be done to ready the house for sale; and always took the time to answer our questions or provide support during the process. She was totally professional, and also very generous with her time, which was especially important to us since we live out of town and couldn't always be at the house. We highly recommend her!
