Tyler did an exceptional job helping us look at homes! Unfortunately we decided to hold off on purchasing at this time. However I wanted to leave a review because Tyler went above and beyond for us! He was always available to show us properties and was knowledgeable about the housing market. He walked me through they entire process, and was there whenever I had concerns. He put my mind at ease knowing he had everything taken care of. I couldn't have had a better experience working with him! 11/10 recommend!

Brittany was super helpful when I viewed a few homes. With the market being so weird right now, she was able to show me a glimpse of what condos would be in my price point by emailing me stuff frequently. She also got back to me quick via email, especially when there'd be a more in depth question about a policy. Since condos were my main focus, HOAs and their policies seemed to need more detailed explanation, due to contract vagueness. Brittany was able to clear some things up about that by either providing me a copy of HOA or finding out the answers herself. She also gave me her take on a few of the offer ideas I had, making sure it wasn't a low ball on my end. Her availability the 2 places we viewed was also flexible. I believe they were both Sunday tours. Overall, very nice person and super helpful. I have not found my home yet due to being a first time home buyer and the process being tedious/complex, and the market being unpredictable, but I recommend going to Brittany if you want to work with someone who is prompt, professional, and really nice and understanding about what someone is looking for.
