1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Speak to a lender first There are two very important values we need before looking at homes. The first is what the lender will loan you but the more important number is what you are comfortable spending
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Location , Condition and price is what sells a home. Get your home in the best condition possible and trust me to evaluate the appropriate price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Many different types; buyers, sellers, folks looking to build, folks with no money for down payment , flippers to name a few
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A young couple with no cash who wanted to rent. I used USDA financing which is 0% down and got a seller assist to pay their closing. costs . We got them into their own home with $0. They were ecstatic !
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I’ve always loved helping people and have built several homes. It was a perfect union.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Very much so. I was a quality program manager for DoD and then the FAA. That job taught me to read blueprints , negotiate effectively, communicate well and manage a contract from start to finish.
