As first time home buyers, Donna was tremendous, as she helped us step-by-step through a very stressful process. Donna Paton of Paton Real Estate took on the sale of our penthouse condo apartment in our complete physical absence. Agreeing on a schedule, Donna immediately went to work, recruiting a mover, who turned out reliable, and overall very satisfactory. After our moving out, Donna organized the removal of the remaining furniture, and a large number of household items. Then, she recruited a company to refurbish the apartment to contemporary tastes. Then, Donna recruited a company preparing the sale presentation, with video of the results provided. Then, most importantly, she quickly found a buyer, offering the list price, and requesting a one month window to closing date. Closing took place as scheduled (not requiring our presence). At every step, Donna informed us immediately, and quickly initiated the next step without delay. You could not wish for a better agent than Donna Paton.
