Donna did a great job helping us sell our home. We were under contract within 3 days. She was professional and her advice was solid and based on market conditions in our area. She helped walk us through a reduced value on our inspection and the negotiation with the buyer resulted in everyone being pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Donna with no reservations.

Did not see or hear from Donna much during the entire month. She had a photographer take pics, it showed the next day and sold based on those pics. She never went over the final closing statement with me. Then her contractor who did roof repairs was very arrogant. I will not use a realtor again. Will sell myself and save the 17,000 bucks. Just have to have good pictures I guess
