My husband and I decided we wanted to relocate to Biloxi, MS from TX. Like most, we went driving all around to see what areas we liked. The next time we were in MS, Donna made time to show us all the properties we liked. On time, with a great attitude, Donna made us feel at ease. She had the answers to all of our questions, comprehensive knowledge of the area and her years of experience were apparent with the network she had. She continued to send us listings, but never pressured us and when we decided to make an offer on land instead of an existing home, she treated it and us like it was a million dollar listing! I love that she never pushed limits or sent listings that weren't spot on. She immediately put our offer in and worked with us through the evening to get it done. I don't remember how many changes she had to make to the agreement, but never seemed to mind and got them back to us moments later. After escrow was opened, Donna handled any/all third party issues and timelines. She worked with us when we had any issues. Even after the purchase was complete, her contacts and referrals were life savers. Not only did I buy the property of my dreams, I also found the BEST agent in the Biloxi area, who I now consider my first friend in MS. I cant articulate how much I appreciated Donnas assistance, advice, patience, and friendship. I started using Donna searching for a condo for my parents about 11 years ago.
