Over a lifetime, I've bought/sold five homes and a small apartment building. Donna is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. Hubby agrees. Donna should probably be in the business of teaching other realtors how it's done. She is incredibly fast in responding to questions. She calls you back almost immediately, unless she's in a meeting or a closing, in which case she'll sneak you a text and let you know she'll call as soon as she's available. Donna has access to competent home inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, lenders, all the corresponding companies involved in buying a house - and reasonably priced. With the current real estate boom, our preferred inspector was too busy to fit us into the schedule before the contract deadline date, so Donna worked her magic and got us scheduled anyway. The inspector she referred us to yielded a 40% homeowner's insurance discount by adding a wind mitigation report to our inspection for $25 total additional cost. We saved more money in one year alone on insurance than we paid total for the inspection and the wind mitigation combined. When there was a problem with the title for the property we were buying, Donna didn't wait for the title company to deal with it. She and the seller's realtor moved mountains behind the scenes to get the problem corrected. Donna was also very knowledgeable about what properties were available in our area in the price range we wanted. She was always looking out for our interests. Oh, and then there's the great personality - always smiling. I literally can't think of one area that falls short of five stars.
