1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Purchasing a home is as you know an long term goal and can be stressful. Let your Realtor know what your wants are so they can narrow down the stress and amount of homes to view. Remember you can always change colors, counter tops, etc. Hower the land make of the lot is not so easy to change.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
98% of homes are sold by Realtors due to the marketing and line of buyers they have. Top property is a realtor takes on the safety issues for you instead of you opening your home up to strangers. Realtors are experienced in finding qualified buyers for your home and more advertising to sell your home quicker than an regular seller has even with the new marketing schemes put in front of sellers.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Military, Public, Foreclosures, Properties moving in to distress due to lack of payment.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
All my transactions are my top property, from figuring out a customer who was go into evictions on ways to purchase her home back to working with buyers who were making their first purchase or their retirement purchase.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Was going to College for different line of work and moved to get married and find a new home. I loved the feel when I walked into homes and the joy it brought me. I decided at that point to become a Realtor.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, I am certified (Had to go to school), Short Sales, Foreclosures, Buyer specialist and part of the 5 Star Force team.
