Donna was recommended to me by a friend, she was quick to answer to my request to work with her, and at first impression, she was very warm, caring and took her time to get to know me and our situation. Dealing with the pandemic was a challenge but she went above and beyond to take care of us when we got sick. Donna made sure that our home had the right price, wording, pictures, showing, accommodated our unique situations and was quick in answering the questions I had. I put her through a lot and she was extremely easy to work with, and showed some tough love when I needed it. She did a great job in communicating to the different agents and providing us the feedback we needed to hear to prepare ourselves for the next steps. Donna was very accurate with her expectations and impressions she received from the other agents and buyers. I am relieved that this process is over, but she made it that much easier. It is important as a seller to put in the work, so an awesome agent, such as Donna, is able to do her job effectively and quickly. It is a lot of work to get the house ready to put it on the market, and Donna worked hard to get it on the market at the right time.
