I assisted a very detailed and nervous seller in the Washington DC area, where I successfully sold her home. Within 2 weeks of selling her home, I helped her to find and moved into a home with a very selective criteria in the Maryland area. She required very very close attention and there were times when there were obstacles that seemed impossible but we were able to overcome. I was very very patient and empathetic to this particular client and that ensured the success of both transactions.

Almost 12 years ago I wanted a change from my Information Technology background and decided to explore the mortgage and real estate industries.
