I am a full time Broker / Owner of Team Success Listing, over 19 years' experience in the real estate and sales industry. I work directly with buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, vacant land, investment properties and multi-family housing. I also manage many social media sites to assist in the marketing of my properties. When a unique property comes up, it's common to create a social media page just for that specific property. Boosting ads through this format is quite effective. Finding the right buyer is the mission. These social media sites expose properties to far more buyers than simply placing the property on the MLS.
