Once an offer is accepted he will review inspection reports and send repair requests to the listing agent. Leading up to settlement, he will coordinate all necessary documents for a smooth, stress-free closing! For Sellers Before listing a property, Donald presents his clients with a professional market analysis and detailed comparative market analysis of the property. He walks his clients through the listing agreement and reviews which home details will be published to the public. When offers have been submitted he explains the ins and outs of counter offering.
