1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Meet with an agent who is experienced that will take the time to explain the process to you so you know what to expect. Then, focus on a reputable lender to assist with financing which I can help with also!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
A proven marketing plan is necessary to net the most from your sale. Putting your home on Zillow and hoping to find the perfect simply isn't enough to push market value. My marketing is created to maximize your exposure and comes with analytics. I can show you better than I can tell you is what I always say!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types! A wide range of clients ranging from investors, first time home buyers, single family home sellers, multi-family, relocation, condos, mobile homes, and everything in between.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a beautiful home in Turlock and it was such an incredible story for the buyers. Some things are meant to be and this was the case for this one. Medical issues took the buyers by surprise but in the end they found their forever home and truly deserving of it!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Before Real Estate I found myself in either residential construction or sales. I have family on both the sales side as well as the lending side so I gave it a shot and never looked back. Real Estate, for me, is a way to help my family live the life they deserve while helping others in the process. It's a win-win and I love every minute of it.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Being on the #1 producing team comes with more experience than most agents and up training to master the market every day. Several meetings each week help me sharpen my skills which transfer to my sellers and buyers.
