My husband and I purchased our first home in August of 2021. The road to that purchase began very bumpily, as our original realtor disappeared on us in April. Pam saved us!!! From the first meeting we knew we would do well with her. Being first time homebuyers can be overwhelming, especially in a sellers market. But Pam lead us and guided us every step of the way. We learned so much from her during this process. She went above and beyond to make sure we would be able to move by the time our baby was born. Every weekend for 3 months Pam made sure we had homes to view, she learned our likes and dislikes, and helped us negotiate. She was able to refer us to company that got us pre approved and we went in with underwritten approval, and purchased our home at asking price! Theres no doubt in our minds that Miss Woods saved us a lot of headaches. Shes extremely dedicated and hard working and loves the people she works with. Pam Woods genuinely loves what she does and it shows!!
