Emma is an absolute superstar, and I truly mean that. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were pretty overwhelmed aEUR" and our closing process ended up being, let's just say, a lot. Emma handled every curveball like a pro and never once made us feel like we were in over our heads. She even had industry knowledge that helped us win our bidding war! She found us the most perfect home to start our family, and I honestly don't know how she did it. She just got what we were looking for. ManaEUR| we just intended to find out what we had to do to get in shape for buying a house and meet up with a realtor. We thought it would be months before we could buy one. WellaEUR| that was on 9/9. We closed on our first home on 10/24. Don knows how to get down to brass tacks on what makes a house worth buying. His negotiation skills are phenomenal. It felt like him and our lender got all the dominos perfectly set up for us behind the scenes.
