I cant recommend Don in his team enough. Our buying process took a little over two years and anytime we would reach out to him about a new place, he would quickly respond and schedule a showing. Our first time home buying experience with Team Clemons was clear, concise and professional every step of the way. From our first sit down to getting the keys to our house was ~45 days. In hindsight, we looked at too many houses but Don and Ekaterina gave us the space for my wife and I to identify the non-negotiables that fit within our budget. Don never stopped working for us throughout the process. As he was preparing one offer on a home for us, he identified another house that was an even better fit for our non-negotiables that just came on the market. Don and Ekaterina were incredible helping us buy a new house. There are a ton of great things I could say, but hands down the absolute best thing was that Don answered his phone every time we called. Every single text was responded to immediately. We felt comfortable asking to see multiple houses and Don and Ekaterina never hesitated to make appointment for showings and met us when our schedules permitted. Don was also great at pointing out little things we would never have noticed about houses and neighborhoods. We felt he absolutely had our familys best interests in mind.
