Don is warm, energetic, easy to talk to, and responds to your texts, calls, and emails in a flash. This was important to us as we moved through the homebuying process because there's a lot of documentation and things that need to be signed quickly, and Don stayed on top of it all and was quick to answer any and all questions we had throughout. We hit some bumps in the road because of a long escrow--we put an offer down before the house was built, and then the COVID-19 pandemic hit, which delayed a few things toward the end of the process. There were times where the process felt too overwhelming, but Don always helped to get us through. Not only is Don an excellent realtor, he's also just an awesome guy who we now consider a friend.

The Clemons are a kind, timely, and honest real estate group who helped us find and purchase our first home! They didn't push us when we set a budget and they weren't scared to point out downfalls in properties. The process of buying your first home can be scary, but with the Clemons we felt well informed and had fun with it! We are a young couple who had been looking to buy a house in Portland for over 3 years. We had been working with another realtor consistently but our offers hadn't been accepted.
