1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be prepared! Know your budget range for the home, define your must haves from your wish list. Think long term lifestyle and the investment value of purchase. Be flexible but decisive it is a fast moving market with high demand and low available homes.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Take pictures of your home and look at them in relation to your listing competition. Pack away as much personal and not every day needed items as possible. Invest in fresh paint and good cleaning. The buyer needs to be able to picture their family in your current home so as neutral as possible is the best. Keep calm and depend on me to carry the stress for you.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Families, investors, retirees and probate sales.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in real estate in my early 20's wanting to have a home that could pay for itself so I could devote more financial resources to the family I wanted. I would end up with 5 children of my own and had the ability to help so many others along the way. I created financial freedom which is unmeasureable to your peace of mind.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I was a Financial planner for years teaching people how to budget, become debt free, live debt free and have the resources for their life goals like paying their childrens college education, owning a second home and even retiring early. I have taught classes at the local library on how to improve your credit score and how to secure a financing for purchasing a home and identifying possible programs for first time home buyers.
