Take pictures of your home and look at them in relation to your listing competition. Pack away as much personal and not every day needed items as possible. Invest in fresh paint and good cleaning. The buyer needs to be able to picture their family in your current home so as neutral as possible is the best. Keep calm and depend on me to carry the stress for you.
