Ms. Coupe was requested to look for homes in the Parker/Franktown area of Colorado for potential land lots to build on or property (2-5 acres) that had a log home existing.Some "rules-of-engagement" were also expressed by my wife and I, specifically; we did NOT want to live under a Home Owners Association set of rules for either having a home built on purchased land (of course, maintaining building code requirements) or a "neighborhood" where a home was already built that met our request.Ms. Coupe provided several potential land-only potential sites within the area we asked her to look at. Unfortunately, none of the land-only properties were what we were personally looking for.Ms. Coupe, did find a log home for sale in the Franktown area which we did attend a showing of with Ms. Coupe. While the home was in a nice area, the interior of the home and its out-buildings were short of our liking.Six months or so had passed without hearing from Ms. Coupe relative to "leads", but she maintained contact with us to insured we were kept informed that she was continuing to keep her eyes on our interests.In February 2016, Ms. Coupe tipped us off to a home in Franktown that she believed met ALL our requirements/wishes that was advertised (for sale) by another agent. She met us at the property and as soon as we entered the home and saw the we knew she had hit the proverbial "jackpot" relative to what we were looking for! We subsequently offered a bid on the home, and our bid was accepted! The home is the perfect match per our requests of Ms. Coupe and we happily live in our home at this time!We also enlisted Ms. Coupe to be our agent to sell the home we were living in prior to our purchase of our new home. Within a couple of weeks, Ms. Coupe put our house out on the market and within a day or two, we had offers, at full asking price (which Ms. Coupe researched) and within 2 weeks our "former" house was sold allowing us to apply our gains to our "new" house!Ms. Coupe was not only extremely professional in helping us with bidding processes and lending options; she was, without question, sincere in the execution of her duties as a real estate representative for my wife and I.
