Dominic showed great patience in identifying and showing us various properties. We really could not nail down what we were looking for which makes the realtors job more difficult. he was always very professional and made the end buying process very easy. He was also a great resource for some other trades we needed for inspections and other projects we have planned around the new house.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Talk to two lenders about getting the right loan for you. I always recommend a broker over a bank. They have more options.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Have two agent come over and evaluate your home.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
With is being a sellers market I enjoy listing the houses at the right price and seeing the buyers out bidding each other to get the house. We normally don't see seller markets around here.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started by helping Stephanie my wife.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I work a lot with foreclosure and REO companies so I have the inside scope on some of the listings before they hit the market.
