ZillowVERIFIEDWe moved from Minnesota to Texas with the help of Doc. After meeting Doc in December of 2021to look at homes. We relied on Doc to Find us a home in the area. He took pictures and video of places until we found the right one. His pictures and videos were so good that we were able to agree on a property solely from them. There were a few issues that came up as part of the transaction, buying the house from an estate, the house not being attached to the property, no recent survey on the property. Doc handled them all, one by one, until we were able to close on the house. Doc even had the property mowed for us, so it would look nice for us when we arrived. Over the course of time, we not only accomplished out goal of finding a great home, but we also gained a friend. Doc is an exceptional Real Estate Professional, and a very good man. If you are looking to buy a home in Doc's area, I would absolutely look to Doc for help in buying home.
