Hoang knows his stuff inside and out, not being afraid to tell you like it is. He will fight for you and make sure things get done. When we found the home of our dreams, he worked his magic with the seller even though there were already numerous cash offers over asking price and we had made an offer below asking price. Note that this was in the most desired part of of Westminster. He worked hard at negotiating and knew what leverage to use.
