My experience working with Misty Anderson was beyond excellent. My other half insisted we work with a realtor to help us find a home. My previous experience working with a realtor in Ohio was not satisfactory to me so I was hesitant. Long story short throughout our search and after closing Misty worked for us in finding a home and negotiating price for the home. I didn't believe homeownership was an option for me at all. I am single mother with a less than average credit score, trying to pull myself out from the debt of my 20's... When I ran into Misty she thought otherwise. She saw how hard I was working for a better life for my daughter and I, and ran with it. We looked at different houses over the course of several months, none of which did I like enough to scare myself over. And I sort of just put it on the back burner..."maybe one day"... She never gave up looking for our home.Soon the day came that she sent me a picture of the most perfect house in my same neighborhood ( which I was reluctant to leave regardless if it meant be a renter for life ). It was perfect! But....No way could I possibly afford it, no way would it work for me. She listened to me, let me be reluctant and scared. She was respectful. But never gave up. She mostly turned right around with positivity. And she was right! Next thing I knew I was under contract! We went up against quite a few obstacles and set backs through the course of my process, and Misty was supportive and resourceful the entire time. While I might get discouraged and tell myself it just wasn't meant to be, not the right timing, maybe in a few years, my phone would ring with her finding a program that was perfect for me, she knew my needs and fought to meet them. And she was so excited every time! It became infectious. Now I was excited every day. I no longer felt like I was someone who couldn't ever own a house. I became someone who not only could, but was going to. It was empowering, exciting and just what I needed.I am now fully moved into my home with my daughter and our puppy. Sometimes it still seems surreal. But I've never felt more at home. The perfect house, in the greatest neighborhood. And I get to watch my daughter grow up here. Im over the moon. I owe Misty all the thanks in the world. She stood by us and still checks in on us months later. I had no idea how this would change our lives for the better. Misty Anderson did not just find the right home for my daughter and me, she found us a future. And I've never been more inspired to grow.
