Dirk and his team (particularly Cathi Render) handled the renovations, the staging, the showing, the yard maintenance etc in our absence. The closing was also handled remotely. Their relationships with local contractors meant the jobs were done quickly, to a high quality, and for a reasonable price. They provided comprehensive data about the local market informing pricing, and when the time arrived, counter-offers. They provided detailed suggestions about what should be fixed/renovated and in what style (knowing what would sell). Long story short, the house is one of the few that sold (many in the neighborhood for sale) this summer and at a price we found reasonable. We put ourselves in their hands and were very pleased with the result. I would recommend Dirk and Cathi to any of my friends.

They always made themselves available for questions, either in the moment or in a timely return call. Negotiating the sale price went smoothly and I was very impressed with their advice on the offer I made (successfully bought the house under the listing price). They also went above and beyond helping with other aspects of the new home including advising on the home loan, communicating to the seller for me, and providing information I needed before moving in. Their honesty, great communication, and enthusiasm are fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

He knew about houses coming on the market way before others and TBH , thats how we got our house - through a pocket listing. He has a fantastic team - very supportive and knowledgeable as well. This continued way after we bought our house - he had so many skilled people on his radar - be it inspection, handy man, painter etc.etc. Highly recommend him. P.S - he also hobnobs with real estate royalty - think million dollar listings LA :)
