Dion was always professional , polite and very patient with my mom or myself. When ever I had a question or concern he promptly called or texted me back. Dion listed my mom's house on a Thursday . We had many showings and ended the weekend with an open house. By Monday we had multiple offers. Dion printed out and met with us with about 10 of the best offers and like magic an offer was accepted. My mom was having a hard time selling her home of many years and Dion made sure her selling experience went smooth , quick and pleasant . Thank you Dion !!!

Dion put our house up for sale in a competitive market in Macomb County, Michigan on a Thursday (June 9th, 2022) and by Monday (June 13th, 2022) we had 4 offers! Dion was efficient in explaining the pros and cons of each offer to help us decide on which offer would be the best for our circumstances. We ended up accepting an offer for $5000 over asking, with a $3000 appraisal guarantee!When it came time for us to look for a new home a couple of weeks later, Dion was responsive and scheduled quite a few houses for us to check out in our desired areas of Macomb County, MI.
