About Dina Powers

Dina Powers has lived in Suffolk County her entire life, and she loves the amenities and attractions that Long Island has to offer. She has been a Mount Sinai resident for the past 32 years, where she and her husband Ray have raised their four boys. Currently, she has one son in dental school, one son in medical school, and two sons who have joined Dina and Ray in the real estate business. Dina Powers has been a Real Estate Professional for 18 years. She started with Coldwell Banker in Mount Sinai, and then opened her own company, Powers Residential Properties. After 5 years as a broker, Dina wanted to concentrate on what she loves, working with buyers and sellers, so she returned to working as an independent agent for Coach Realtors. Over her span of 8 years with Coach, Dina Powers was the top selling agent in the Mount Sinai office every year. However, Dina wanted to be able to offer her clients more. She wanted to be a part of a full service real estate company with cutting edge technology. After careful research, Dina determined that Signature Premier Properties was the company she wanted to align herself with. She found Signature to have the best reputation and to offer the most for her buyers and sellers, as well as for herself as an Associate Broker. Dina has successfully listed and sold homes from Southold to Wantagh. No home is too large or small. Dina prides herself on being hard working, efficient and honest.
