Pricing is very critical. Price is just right and your home will sell quick! Not every home needs to be completely professionally staged. 90% of the battle is depersonalizing, de-cluttering, and giving your home a deep clean!

Buyers, Sellers, Forclosure buyers, Real Estate Investors, House Flippers, First Time Home Buyers, Downsizers, Upsizers, Vacation Home buyers!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
No two transaction is the same, and they are by no means cookie cutter. We personalize each experience to ensure that you are satisfied! We just helped a young family who struggled to find the right house to call home. We were patient, cautious, and advised them through the process in order to find the perfect home that they will enjoy for years to come!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I came from years of training and experience in the restaurant industry and always had an interest in the home sale process and analyzing properties that were for sale. I enjoyed quietly critiquing properties that were listed and determined how I would market them. After a while, I realized that it was becoming a little more than a hobby and decided to make a career of it to better serve home buyers and sellers!
