What a seamless, fantastic experience it has been working with Bruce Needle to buy our first home! We happened to find Bruce through online reviews, and we are so glad we did. From our very first call with him he was professional, responsive, and patient in explaining all aspects of the buying process to us as first time home buyers. We ended up finding our dream home in Mansfield over the course of just one weekend, which we attributed both to luck and having Bruce as our real estate agent. Bruce Needle did a great job helping me buy a house. I texted him on a Sunday and said I wanted to make an offer on a house on Monday. Bruce responded right away, said he would look into the house and call me back. We spent a couple hours Sunday afternoon filling out paperwork and discussing the house and the offer. By the end of the talk, we had an offer filled out and he said he would take it over in the morning. He coached me on how to write the best offer so I would have the best chance to buy the house. The offer was accepted and Bruce handled all the details leading up to the closing, including recommended a good lawyer. All through this I was on the other side of the country! It was amazing.
