We were forced to move out of state for work but hoped to be able to hold onto our house for when we might return. Dianna made this possible. She helped us ensure that we had a tenant present in the house and always saw to it that the tenants and the house were well taken care of. Whenever we had any concerns or needs, she was always responsive. When, regrettably, we were forced to admit we wouldnt be returning to Kentucky, Dianna had a buyer lined up within a day of our asking. The final sale was efficient and we walked away from the deal with more than we asked. I doubt we would have been able to keep the place without her aid.
