She had a buyer with in two weeks showed my house to them helped them decide the could use my house they were looking for a 4 bedroom .. she showed the house twice to them then they made an offer Diane did the paper work and advised me what all I needed to do to help make the closing on time with no problems .. She knew all my questions every time I would call her she even had other buyers interested if this sale didn't go as planed.. Diane was there at my house with me for every inspection we had to help answer any questions Inspectors had .. I do credit her for the sale of my house so quickly.
