In that time I have shown and/or sold very small houses $20,000 up to just under $1,000,000. I never get tired of showing homes! I am a very organized person both in my personal and business life! 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Talk to a lender first and get pre approved. You are a much stronger buyer knowing what you can buy BEFORE you start looking.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Less is more. Declutter. New paint and carpet add instant value over and above the actual cost.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyer, from first time home buyer to high end relocation families. Sellers from $28,000 house to several hundred thousand.
