I have been in the Real Estate business here in the Kingman area since 2001. I moved here from Seattle in 1999 and proudly call Kingman my home. I am a Cancer survivor. Having Cancer taught me to appreciate every day and EVERYONE! I take my job very serious, and I am dedicated to giving you the best possible service ... Buying or selling a home is very stressful, that is why I will be with you each step of the way from the beginning to the end. "Service for Life"! Not just during the transaction but afterwards should you have any questions or concerns. I am a full time Realtor, working 24/7. My cell phone is never off. I am intimately familiar with the neighborhoods in the Kingman area, and specialize in selling both new and existing homes, as well as listing homes. Dianne is the consummate professional. She has years of experience as a realtor. We leaned on her knowledge and expertise thru out the process of getting our home ready to sell. She was always readily available and had very helpful tips. We heard of her from a colleague of mine whose house she had listed and sold. He too had nothing but great things to say about her. Although another realtor was recommended by a friend we still interviewed a few different realtors and was impressed by Diane. In reality, any realtor can pull the comps on a home, fill out a contract and put a sign in your front yard. The difference is the relationship you have, trust that your interests are put first and professionalism that helps guide you through the process. That's what we saw in Diane, and being the "spirited" Italian she is, that's what we got. Hands down I would recommend Diane! Thank you for selling our house. And now we're onto a new home in the next chapter of life.
