Only 15 days of the listing! Only 20 days for the escrow closing (instead of 21 by the contract)! As an executor of the Estate, I never dreamed of seeing the house sold in this short period. Successful selling was done by an extraordinary professional Aspero Realty team under Todd Muradian. Todd was recommended to us by a family member, who previously sold two houses with him as a highly experienced real estate specialist at the selling of both - luxury segment property and the property under probate process and that was exactly what we needed. Also, Todd works with his command, they are a great team with very good coordination. So, when you are working with one agent - the human factor could be having a place at any time, but at the team, there is always backup provided and it is very important in my opinion. I will try to make a long story short. Todd and his team at Aspero Realty did a fantastic job selling a family home during a tough time period. Todd and his team really took the time to explain the process in detail, recommended the right amount of updates that were needed to get the house sale ready, and did not try and convince us to do expensive updates/upgrades that would have delayed our selling process (as time was of the essence for our particular situation). The video and pictures taken were top notch and of high production quality! They also took the time to understand the local area even though that is not primarily their main sales locality. As this was our first home transaction as sellers, we wanted the confidence and backing of a great team to get the job done right and to learn from the experience. We got both of those and more.
