1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

First call me and I will assist you with getting pre-qualified so I know what you can afford.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Present the property with good curb appeal and deep clean the house and remove the clutter from the home.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with veterans and first time home buyers.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

A recent transaction that I am fond of is a couple who had a bad credit score and the loan officer assisted them with their debt and I was able to put them in a new home with 4 bedrooms and two baths. They have sent me a referral that no one else would help with and he will be purchasing a home from me.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I got started in real estate when I bought my first home using my VA loan back in 1979. I have bought other properties since then. I love how real estate can benefit your life.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have a Ph.D in business and 17 other designations and certifications. I have been called an education junkie. Knowledge is power!!!!! I believe I need to know many different aspects of the real estate industry to better serve my clients.
