With over 25 years of experience, specializing in sponsoring and managing agents, as well as the sale of real estate, she combines an ever-evolving set of skills and an undying passion to guide her clients and coworkers in achieving each of their realty goals. Prior to this personal and professional mission, Diane was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where she grew up participating in Cheerleading, and would later become a Coach in the sport. In the realms of real estate, she gained her first taste of the field through her father and grandfather who both worked in construction. Having a love for building and viewing homes, and especially marketing, she joined the real estate industry in 1996, first working as a Realtor(R). A member of a top company within her county, she would eventually be chosen as the agency's Mentor, serving on the local association board, among other accomplishments. Still serving as a Realtor(R) as she moved on to a different company, and before creating her own agency as a Broker, she would then go on to build an impressive list of attributes in the areas of negotiation, marketing, coaching, honesty, communication, attentiveness, and numerous other sought after attributes. Today, a Spring, Texas resident since 2005, Diane has a known success rate for getting homes under contract in 10 days or less, achieving 102% of list price. While doing so, she is well aware of the fact that her clients are facing one of the biggest, most daunting investments of their lives. With this knowledge, it is her purpose to ease her client's stress, opening the door for them to happily focus on this next and vital step in their life with education and a trustworthy Broker, dedicated to their success. Consistently catering to the wants and needs of her clients, driven by her faith in God and her family; she hopes the future will allow her to continue helping those who seek her service realize and obtain their real estate dreams. Exceeding their expectations, she plans to one day serve as not only the go to Residential Home Developer and Builder the residents of Texas deserve, but also a Real Estate Coach for those professionals wanting to enter the same field. Stepping away from her career, Diane spends her free time listening to music, reading, practicing the piano, working in her garden, and serving on the board of directors of a 501(c)(3). Above it all, however, she loves being with her family and friends.
