The relationship with Brian Wilder actually started in 2014 when my son a first time buyer used his service . I was not involved in the prosses but i would get great feedback from my son , he would let me know how Mr Wilder walked him trough each steps up to closing day . Moving forward to 2021, it was time to sell my home so I asked my son for his realtor's information and contacted Mr Wilder then. In no time my property was on the market . Mr wilder treated me with care , friendliness and expertise , as he did back in 2014 . I must add that he is the best negotiator and always uses a professional photographer .The house closed in 2021 and I am now using his services again. The closing date is the end of February.
