I've done over 20 different transactions over the years buying and selling homes this is the first time I've ever writing a review and it's because it's experience is the absolute worst I never before felt like I was actually having to negotiate with the realtor that was representing me rather than feeling like they were on my side they were on the seller side that's not the way it's supposed to work. they said they'd represent all of their open houses in person which certainly did not happen and they pressured me non-stop to try to accept the lowball offers that were coming at my home I held out and ended up getting nearly close to my asking price but I had to fight them the entire way in order to achieve that I spoke with other people in my development but also were enticed to use them although they haven't written reviews not a person would use these Realtors again that lives in my old development and use them prior I only write this because the experience was that bad I'm sorry
